Andy Kulina is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Cambridge Loyalty.  Andy began his career with Kroger, the largest "traditional" grocer in the USA.  Andy was Director of Customer Loyalty Technology and Pricing when Kroger launched what is now Kroger Plus, a supermarket loyalty card which is used by over half of the households in the USA.   Andy moved to the UK in 1998 and since then, has worked for or with companies such as Visa, Royal Bank of Scotland, NCR, TSYS, Valassis, Woolworths, British American Tobacco, Ahold, Migros and Carrefour to develop loyalty products and customer acquistion and retention strategies.  His cross-sector experience of working with Retail, Financial Services and FMCG provides a unique insight when addressing the concerns of the various stakeholders involved in today's multi-channel consumer landscape.  Andy's Linked In profile can be found here: uk.linkedin.com/pub/andy-kulina/83/a18/6a‎

Elizabeth Boerner worked for 10+ years for Capital One in the USA in a variety of product management and innovation roles.  She then joined former Capital One colleagues in the very early days of Cardlytics, which grew to become the international market leader in Card-Linked Offer programme management.  Elizabeth relocated to London to help set up the offices of Cardlytics UK and to manage the onboarding and launch of their first European CLO client programme, Lloyds Banking Group's Everyday Offers, It's on Us and Cashback Extras.   Elizabeth has the added benefit of being fluent in French!
